IVE performed at the 2024 Lollapalooza in Chicago on August 4, KST, winning praise from fans and the general public alike.
A few days after the performance, Wonyoung took to Bubble, the fan communication app, to share her genuine excitement about the experience with DIVE (IVE’s fanbase).
Finally, we wrapped up Lollapalooza safely.
Really safely <3
I’ve been waiting for this moment for so long, but the day I’ve done it and the day I have to come back to Korea are already there ㅎㅎ
Yesterday, there were so many people who came to enjoy our stage in Chicago.
If [fan name] was able to come, I hope you never forget this moment.
If you couldn’t come, just know that there were way more people who came to enjoy the show than you could’ve imagine.
I wasn’t nervous at all, rather, I felt like I could experience everything that was there.
I came here as Jjang Wonyoung.

In some of her later messages, Wonyoung revealed that her health condition on the day of the performance wasn’t up to the mark. She then appeared to be celebrating the fact that fans weren’t able to figure out that she was have health issues during the performance.
To be honest, I stayed a bit in Korea and then came to Chicago.
I wasn’t feeling well yesterday during the performance.
But I was able to go up and down the stage without letting anyone know.
I was so upset about the situation where my condition was bound to get bad despite the performance yesterday.
But as expected, it was still a happy ending.
Thank you [fan name] for supporting me.
— Wonyoung
