BTS’s J-Hope, set to be discharged from the military this month, surprised his fellow soldier colleagues with a special event.

On September 29, an online community post garnered much attention with a photo of nine soldiers holding a special banner.

On the banner, it read, “Private Jung Ho Seok and the Baekho New Recruit Training Battalion’s Colleague MT. Full sponsorship and support: BTS’s J-Hope.”

The caption above J-Hope’s photo also caught the attention of the netizens.

Turns out J-Hope had covered all the costs for an event for the soldiers, and they showed their gratitude through the post online.
