MAMAMOO‘s Solar recently went on a 100-day fitness journey to lose fat and gain muscle. After 3 months, she was able to drop her body fat percentage from 26% to 21%.
To achieve these results, she ate healthy nutritious foods and worked out consistently. However, there were 5 important products that she recommends to anyone who is looking to improve their physical shape.
