It was reported on September 23, 2024, that THE BOYZ would allegedly not be renewing with IST Entertainment. As their contract is set to end in mid-December, Korean outlets reported that the group was already in talks with a different agency.

Although nothing has been confirmed as of yet, rumors are already flying about their next nest. Many Korean netizens have brought up BPM Entertainment as their alleged new company. BPM Entertainment is a controversial name in the industry due to its past links with MC Mong, who was known for trying to avoid military conscription, as well as for his homophobic comments on broadcast in 2004. He was a co-founder of BPM, although recent press states that he has stepped down from all managerial positions.
