They left comments on a viral post, criticizing the new song.
- “It feels like an SNL parody.”
- “Why does it sound so much like a Chinese song?”
- “Wait, are they actually idols? LOL. Their faces aside, why do they have no presence at all? It just looks funny. No matter how I look at it, they seem like amateurs. LOL.”
- “Even SM’s A&R team and the original song’s composers would probably listen to this and just laugh instead of taking it seriously.”
- “Wow, this is peak ‘Chinese knockoff’ level. LOL.”
- “Sounds like something that would play in a Chinese mobile game ad on YouTube.”
- “?? LOL. Why does the song flow like that?”
- “Why are they singing with absolutely no energy? LOL.”
