A twice-divorced singer-actress and her rumored new boyfriend are keeping fans guessing about their relationship. Are they dating or not? The two have been spending plenty of time together socially, but also as co-workers.
Last summer, Malaysian star Bella Astillah and Singaporean actor Aliff Aziz divorced for the second time after a string of scandals. At a press conference, Bella claimed her ex-husband had cheated on her with 11 women, including her own sister.
In January, rumors arose that Bella is now dating Syed Saddiq Syed Abdul Rahman, a Malaysian politician, after they filmed a dance challenge together. Since that TikTok video, the pair’s chemistry and closeness have given rise to dating rumors. It’s not too surprising, considering Syed Saddiq practically declared his love for Bella while swimming across the sea for her!
Bella and Syed Saddiq have both modeled for (and represented) popular clothing brands, including Primavalet.

In a recent TikTok video, the politician revealed that he wasn’t the first person Bella wanted to collaborate with for Primavalet…or the second, or the third. “What I didn’t know at the time was that I was Bella Astillah’s fourth choice,” he said. “She had already called three people.”
Luckily, it all worked out! “This is all God’s will,” he continued. “One way or another, choice number one to two or four, in the end, it’s the two of us who are on stage.”
