According to Biz Korea, BTS’s J-Hope has purchased another luxurious apartment at the AFER Hangang in Yongsan. It was reported that he bought the penthouse unit for ₩12.0 billion KRW (about $ 8.95 million USD) in cash and another unit on the lower floor for ₩10.0 billion KRW (about $ 7.46 million USD).
It was previously revealed that he bought a penthouse unit here. It was reported that he completed the transfer of ownership registration in June and bought the unit in cash without a loan.
In just one month, J-Hope purchased two apartments for ₩22.0 billion KRW (about $ 16.4 million USD) in cash.
The AFER Hangang penthouse has an area of 273.86㎡ and three rooms and four bathrooms, while the lower-level unit he purchased is 232.86㎡ and has three rooms and three bathrooms.
J-Hope also owns two units at the Trimage Apartments, which are famous among celebrities. With this, he now owns four luxury homes, which total around ₩27.0 billion KRW (about $ 20.1 million USD).
Meanwhile, J-Hope is currently serving in the military and is set to be discharged on October 17.
