BLACKPINK Lisa’s Makeup Transformation By Kylie Jenner’s Makeup Artist Draws Mixed Opinions

BLACKPINK‘s Lisa recently got a whole new look!

Makeup artist Ariel, known for doing various celebrities’ makeup including Kylie Jenner, glammed Lisa for the VMAs. However, netizens have mixed reactions to the look.

The first look consisted of a bold winged eyeliner look.

She also had a bright coral blush and overlined lips, giving them a plump effect.

The next look featured less eyeliner, giving her a softer impression.

However, there was more contour on her nose and undereye (known as aegyo-sal) area.

Additionally, her lips and cheeks sported a slightly more muted color.

While some were in favor of the new look thinking it brought out a glamorous side of her, others thought that Korean stylists had done a better job suiting Lisa’s makeup to her facial features instead of following makeup trends.
