In a recent episode of SBS‘s Dollsing Fourmen, actor Yoon Bak (also known as Yoon Park), best known for his plastic surgeon role in the 2024 K-Drama Doctor Slump, guested and revealed all about how he first met his gorgeous model wife, Kim Su Bin (also known as Kim Soo Bin).
After being introduced as “newlywed,” the actor explained that he met the love of his life through their mutual friends who wanted to set them up.
I knew she was the one the moment I saw her. Even to this day, I remember clearly how I felt when I first met my wife. Our mutual friends had set up a get-together for us to meet. When she walked in, I fell for her. I couldn’t even make eye contact.

He admitted that while he was initially attracted to her beauty, once he got to know her better, he was even more attracted to her personality. According to Yoon Bak, the two of them became interested in one another as soon as they connected at the get-together.
When you first meet someone, you notice their looks, right? She was so beautiful that I was instantly drawn to her. But as I got to know her, I realized she was even more beautiful inside.
She had stopped by before heading over to something else. But then she promised she’d come back. She asked me not to drink too much while waiting. Even though I love drinking, I waited for three hours without a sip of alcohol. I just really wanted to stay sober that night.

The actor said he asked her out on a lunch date the following day. While he wanted to spend more time with her, both he and Kim Su Bin had to part ways for their own dinner plans. That’s when he decided that he’d pull a classic move—the movie move.
He asked her to watch the 2019 rom-com, A Rainy Day In New York, with him later that night. When she agreed to meet up again the same day and offered to buy the tickets…
…he hinted that the movie he wanted to watch wasn’t playing in theaters anymore—and so he invited her over to watch it at his place. As Dollsing Fourmen members got all riled up about the “move” and said Yoon Bak knew what he was doing, the actor swore he had no other intentions!
Intended or not, Yoon Bak and Kim Su Bin did eventually fall in love. After two years of dating, Yoon Bak and Kim Su Bin got married in September 2023.
The actor made a surprise wedding announcement, revealing his relationship with the model for the first time.
