NJZ (NewJeans) have given their first interviews following their name change and rebrand.

NewJeans finally unveiled their new group name, sharing that they would be going under the name NJZ and the plans for their future.

Following the news, NJZ gave their first interviews with the press.
They spoke to CNBC about ADOR “interfering” with a lot of their work and the countermeasures, but they focused on the exciting projects for 2025.

The group and members seemed nervous as they gave their first greeting with the new name, saying, “Hi, we’re NJZ,” compared to giving no greeting following their departure from HYBE as Danielle explained that it felt like a new beginning.
When asked about the name change, Hanni spoke about the conflict and mistreatment they had in HYBE, where they lost trust, but now they’re looking forward to the new step in their careers.
The members spoke about what they could expect from their first performance in Hong Kong, with a new song and also a more mature version of the group.
With their first performance as NJZ set to take place next month, fans are as excited for the future as the members.
